“Hack Reactor Grads are Our First Choice”

The best coding bootcamps simulate a real-world software environment for their students; the grads are so well-prepared, they come in and hit the ground running, that’s really what we’re looking for.
-Dustin B., Cisco

Better Together

In 2018, Galvanize acquired Hack Reactor to combine forces with another top coding bootcamp, further establishing Galvanize as a leader in software engineering education with an alumni network of more than 8,000 graduates. Since the acquisition, Galvanize and Hack Reactor staff, instructors, and former alumni have worked together to combine the best parts of both bootcamps to ensure the bootcamp remains best in class.

Software Engineering Timeline, Where Do I Fit?

Our coding bootcamp is rigorous and requires students to possess drive and determination before joining a cohort. Applicants must be advanced beginners in JavaScript (able to write basic functions and communicate their approach to technical problems) before taking our Technical Admissions Assessment required for admittance. We also provide prep courses that that prepare you for the Software Engineering program.
