Instructors and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) ensured contextual alignment with existing company systems and workflows.

Pre- and post-assessments measured technical skill lift across core competencies, including ES2015 syntax, React components, asynchronous code patterns, and API integration. Surveys captured Net Promoter Scores and practical readiness. Participants demonstrated a 70% skill lift.
