Galvanize's career skills program is for active duty service members who want to learn software engineering skills and pursue a career in tech.

Become a Software Engineer

Operation LevelUp is an 18-week Software Engineering Immersive program offered exclusively to active-duty military stationed at bases including (but not limited to) Fort Hood, Fort Wainwright, Fort Stewart, Fort Carson, and Joint Base San Antonio. In partnership with Local Transition Assistance Programs, Galvanize trains service members in their last six months of active duty service to prepare for a career in Software Engineering upon their transition to civilian life.

Operation LevelUp

The Military Career Skills Program - Web Development Immersive program is designed to take any service member from their active-duty assignment to career-ready, full-stack engineer in 18 weeks. Tuition for active duty service members is paid in full by VET TEC, or alternatively, the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill®.

Learn in 18 weeks

Program trains active duty military to be software engineers over the course of 18 weeks, 4-5 days per week.

Each service member receives individualized career services support as they transition to civilian life.

In-Demand Skills

We teach 700 hours of the most in-demand tech skills including programming, web development, and software engineering.

Learn Online

Our career skills education program is taught 100% online.
