Driven by our mission to provide transformational software engineering bootcamps and make tech education accessible to all, we’re proud to announce new branding and a new website as part of our ongoing evolution as a company.
These updates help us more clearly communicate who we are and what we believe in, as well as how we can help you achieve the professional goals you have for yourself, your company, and your teams.
As you may know, Galvanize acquired Hack Reactor back in 2018, combining two coding school leaders into one company. Our former branding never quite captured our unification, so we sought to update both brands while connecting them as one company.
To visually represent our joint and core company values, here’s our new Galvanize logomark:
Like a nuclear reactor core, this logomark depicts the symbiotic and cyclical relationship between our strengths such as community, partnership, communication, and support. This direction focuses on the positive growth that starts from the core of Galvanize and Hack Reactor. Combined with more modern and aligned typefaces, as well as updating and leveraging each brand’s color equity, the logomark provides the foundation for our new branded logos:
These new logos demonstrate the partnership between the two original companies, and the bold, supportive, and accessible graphics – paired with our improved messaging across the new website – create a unified brand structure.
To see the evolution side by side, check out the old logos compared with the new:
These new logos bring us together as a company and move us forward with one unified mission.
New Galvanize.com website
Along with unified branding, we needed unified messaging and a single brand platform. Enter the new website.
Above all else, this new website was designed for an enhanced user experience. No matter what you’re looking for – a coding bootcamp education, coding training options for the military, or ways to upskill and train your company’s workforce – the information is clear and easily accessible so you can make informed decisions.
- One website with clear navigation to our three major business sectors:
- Details about how to hire:
- Information about our efforts to provide tech education to underrepresented populations:
Innovating tech education and propelling change
Our goal of providing innovative tech education that propels change – for you, for your company, and for your teams – has only been made stronger through these efforts, because we’ve come through it more together than ever.
“I look forward to continuing to grow the Galvanize and Hack Reactor brands and build on our reputation for empowering learners and leaders to make an impact through technology,” said Jaime Matyas, Galvanize Chief Executive Officer and President of the Galvanize Foundation.
We hope you’ll take some time to explore the website and see for yourself. Thanks for being on this journey with us.
