How to Learn Bayesian Multilevel Modeling
Wednesday, 6:30pm - 8:30pm MST
515 E Grant St
Bayesian Multilevel models are a powerful statistical modeling technique that allows you to use data from multiple sources and keep track of the uncertainty in your estimates.
I will walk through some fun examples using Bayesian Multilevel models. Then I will share an effective and rapid approach for learning to build your own Bayesian Multilevel models that doesn't require advanced mathematics.
To close, I will walk through a Bayesian Multilevel model that I built for a major industrial client.
Prizes will be awarded. Two copies of the new book from O'Reilly Media entitled Text Mining with R. It is a very readable book on using tidyverse tools in R to mine textual data.
