Meet the Speaker
Angela is the Founder and CEO of Cloutera, a firm that provides contract recruiting and in-house recruitment services to startups with aggressive hiring plans, and diversity recruitment and inclusion solutions for HR leaders seeking to augment their team. In 2015, while building Cloutera, Angela acted as the interim VP of Career Development for a national bootcamp, and created their first Career Readiness Training and Employer Partner Program to support their diverse group of graduating students. She has over 15 years or technical recruiting experience, has been involved in hundreds of technical hires across the PNW, and was previously a Managing Partner & Vice President of a Seattle staffing firm, managing day-to-day operations including both sales and recruiting. Angela enjoys developing recruiting programs that give startups an edge in competing for talent, and believes creating diverse and inclusive environments is the key to innovation.
