About this workshop:

Customer personas are the “who” your customers are and “where” your customers live. That’s the easy part. What about the “what” you say to them in marketing and sales, to get more leads and close more business? To win business, you have to identify the outcomes each buyer type is wanting to achieve and market and sell to each accordingly.

This is a fun interactive workshop with hands on exercises that will provide you with action to take to increase your marketing and sales effectiveness.  Your instructor Eric Fettner, will leave with the tools to make your message stick with your leads and customers and see immediate results.

  • You will Identify the different buyer types you market and sell to (Business Economic Buyer / User Buyer)
  • Learn to distinguish who are the buyers are in organizations (B2B) and the individuals (B2C)
  • Dive in head deep to develop what they actually care about when making a buying decision
  • Learn to craft messaging based on what they care about and the matching value your business delivers
  • Understand how to develop ROI statements for your marketing and sales
