Meet our newest Galvanize Data Scientists!
Our Galvanize graduates completed 600+ hours of practical, hands-on, project-based curriculum. These Graduates are engineers with experience across the data science stack — data munging, exploration, modeling, validation, visualization, and communication.
Prior to their participation in the program, these Data Scientists and Data Engineers worked as software engineers, data analysts, research scientists, and more. They’re bridging impressive backgrounds with 12 full-time, intense weeks of hands-on, project-based data science & data engineering training.
You and your team will have the opportunity to see projects they built, meet them face-to-face, and review their backgrounds in detail. The event also includes snacks, a networking event, and a closing happy hour. There’s really no better way to meet qualified candidates in a single day. Afterwards, you are free to continue the conversation in the format of your choice.
Galvanize Capstone Showcase Schedule:
2:00 PM: Doors open & Snacks served
2:30 PM: Welcome and Company Introductions
3:00 PM: Capstone Project Presentations

4:00 PM: Happy Hour! Networking with the graduates in a less formal setting and learn more about their projects and backgrounds. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions of the staff.
Our focus at Galvanize is on serving our students, so we don’t charge recruiting fees. There is no fee to attend this event, nor does Galvanize charge a placement fee. We’d love to have you give back and help us build the community through guest lectures, hosting a project, or contributing to our diversity scholarship fund.
In order to get the most of this event and to respect the time and effort of our students’ work, we request that your company send at least one representative that can attend the entire event.
